FAQ

Developer questions, answered

Where can I find Suger's documentation? +

The full Suger documentation lives at doc.suger.io. It covers setup, integration, API reference, SDKs, and step-by-step guides for every marketplace workflow.

How long does it take to get started with Suger? +

Most ISVs go live in 5–10 business days from submission — the variable part is the marketplace review queue, not Suger. Using the quickstart guide and prebuilt connectors, the transaction path and first private offer follow in days, not months.

Does Suger require engineering resources to set up? +

Minimal. Suger provides prebuilt, API-first marketplace connections and no-code workflows. Business and operations teams can manage listings, offers, and reporting directly without engineering involvement.

Can I test Suger in a sandbox? +

Yes. A Suger customer can have a separate dev org in Suger connected to various system sandboxes (e.g. Salesforce, Stripe) for end-to-end testing before going live.

Where do I get support if I'm stuck? +

Enterprise customers have dedicated Slack channels with the Suger team. All customers can email support@suger.io or schedule a call with their customer success manager.
