PRM · Partner Training
A partner LMS inside your own portal.
A partner LMS is a learning system built for the channel instead of for employees. Suger PRM puts one inside your branded partner portal: author courses or upload SCORM packages, choose which partners see them, and track enrolment and completion without buying a second platform.
What is partner training software?
Partner training software is the system that teaches your partners how to sell and support your product, and then reports on who actually learned it. In Suger PRM that system is part of the partner portal rather than a separate tool, so the course a partner takes, the deal they register, and the certification they earn all sit behind the same branded sign-in.
Courses you author yourself
Build the course in Suger from the material your team already uses to ramp a new reseller, and publish it to the partner portal without a separate learning platform.
SCORM for what you already have
If your enablement content already lives in an LMS, upload the SCORM package instead of rebuilding it, and keep the training you spent last year producing.*
Visibility you decide
Not every course belongs in front of every partner. Control which partners see a course, then watch enrolment and completion once it is live.*
Build a course
Author new training, or bring what you already have
You can build a course in Suger from scratch, or upload a SCORM package and migrate the enablement content you already produced elsewhere. Either way the course publishes to the same partner portal, so partners are not asked to learn a second product before they learn yours.
What you can build
- Course, quiz, and certification builder*
- SCORM upload to migrate existing content*
- Branded partner content library with access controls
- Courses published straight into your white-label portal
Share and monitor
Decide who sees it, then see who finished it
Publishing a course is only half of enablement — the other half is knowing whether anyone took it. Suger PRM lets you control course visibility per partner and then reports enrolment and completion, so "we trained the channel" becomes a number rather than a claim.
- Course visibility controlled per partner*
- Enrolment and completion tracked per course*
- Completion rolled up by partner organization*
The partner side
What taking a course looks like to your partner
Partners never see a learning platform — they see your portal. Four steps cover the whole experience, and none of them involve a new tool or a second login.
Open the portal
The partner signs in to your branded partner portal — the same place they register deals and find your files.
Find the course
They see the courses you made visible to them, not a catalogue of everything your program has ever published.
Work through it
The partner takes the course at their own pace, whether you authored it in Suger or uploaded it as SCORM.
Complete and certify
Completion registers against their partner organization and can lead to a certification they can point to.*
Partner training documentation
Three docs cover the training loop end to end: building the course, sharing and monitoring it, and taking it as a partner.
Build a training course
Author a course inside Suger, or upload a SCORM package to migrate content you already own.
Share and monitor training
Control which partners see a course, then track enrolment and completion once it is live.

The partner-side experience of finding and completing a course in your portal.
Where training fits in Suger PRM
Training sits between the journey that sequences it and the certification that proves it landed. All three run in the same partner portal.

Partner LMS and training questions
What is a partner LMS?
A partner LMS is a learning management system built for the channel rather than for employees. It hosts the courses that teach partners to sell and support your product, and it reports on who enrolled, who finished, and who is certified.
Can we migrate training content we already built?
Yes. Upload the SCORM package into Suger PRM instead of rebuilding the course, so enablement content produced in another learning platform moves across with you.*
Do partners need a separate learning platform login?
No. Courses live inside the same branded partner portal partners already use for deal registration and files, so there is no second product to introduce and no second password to reset.
Can we control which partners see a course?
Yes. Course visibility is yours to set, so a course written for tier-one resellers does not appear in front of every partner in the program.*
How do we know whether partners actually finished the training?
Suger PRM tracks enrolment and completion for each published course, so you can see which partner organizations completed the training and which have people still part-way through.*
How does training relate to certification?
Training is the content; certification is the proof. Once a partner completes the courses you require, a certification records that they finished, and your team can track certifications across the whole program.*
