Integrations
Connect Suger With the Tools You Already Use.
Deep integrations across cloud marketplaces, CRMs, billing systems, and productivity tools — not just webhooks.
One-click setup
Connect your tools in minutes, not days. Guided setup flows for every integration.
Real-time sync
Data flows automatically between systems — no manual exports or imports.
Deep, not shallow
Native integrations that understand your data model — not just webhook notifications.
How Suger integrations work
Connections are made once per organization, not per user. You authorize the system in Suger Console under Settings → Integrations, and every workflow, report, and API call in that organization uses the same connection.
Pre-built connector
The system is in the integrations directory. Authorize it once in Settings → Integrations and Suger handles the credentials, token refresh, and field mapping.
Effort: Minutes, no engineering
Open Settings → IntegrationsWorkflow builder
You need custom orchestration between connected systems — branching, filtering, scheduled runs, or a webhook trigger — without writing a service.
Effort: Hours, no-code

The system is not in the directory, or you are embedding Suger in your own product. Every console operation is available on the API.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to set up an integration? +
Most integrations can be connected in under 5 minutes. Cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) require initial credential setup, which typically takes 15–30 minutes with our guided flow.
Which CRM integrations sync in real-time? +
Salesforce syncs in real-time — offers, agreements, and co-sell data flow bidirectionally without delay. HubSpot supports scheduled syncing with near-real-time capabilities.
Can I use multiple billing integrations at once? +
Yes. You can connect Stripe for payment processing, NetSuite for ERP sync, and metering tools like Orb or Metronome simultaneously. Data flows between all connected systems.
What if my tool isn't listed? +
Contact our team to request a new integration. We also offer a REST API and webhook support for custom integrations with any system.
Are integrations included in all plans? +
Core marketplace and CRM integrations are available on Growth and Enterprise plans. Some advanced integrations (ERP, custom API) may require Enterprise. Check our pricing page for details.
