PRM · Partner Portal

A white-label partner portal partners read as yours.

Your logo, your colours, your tagline, and a branded sign-in page — partners never see the software behind them. New partners apply through a self-service form, existing ones come in by SSO or invitation, and the whole thing is live in under five days with no implementation fee.

What is a white-label partner portal?

A white-label partner portal is a partner-facing site that carries your brand instead of the vendor's, so partners only ever see your logo, your colours, and your voice. It is where partners sign in, complete their partnership profile, and pick up the files and updates you share with them.

Partner programs live or die on whether partners actually use the portal. Suger PRM removes the two things that usually stop them: a portal that looks like someone else's product, and a sign-up path that requires a human on your side.

Brand settings

Set your brand once, and it shows up everywhere

Brand settings hold your logo, your brand colours, and an optional tagline. Save them once and the portal adopts them — including the login page, which is the first screen a partner ever sees and the one that decides whether the program feels like yours.

  • Logo, brand colours, and an optional tagline
  • A custom branded sign-in page for partners
  • SSO and SAML through your own identity provider
  • Live in under five days, with no implementation fee

Partner registration

Let new partners apply themselves

Suger hosts a self-service partner registration form you can point prospective partners at from your site, a campaign, or an event. A partner applies without waiting on an introduction email, and the application arrives as a record instead of a message in someone's inbox.

  • Suger-hosted form — nothing to build or maintain
  • Prospective partners apply without an internal sponsor
  • Applications arrive as records your team can work

What partners do once they are inside

The portal is a console partners work in, not a landing page they visit once. Two docs cover the partner-side experience end to end.

Navigate the partner console

Partners get their own console for the work you share with them, so the portal is a place they operate in rather than a document dump.

Read the partner console guide

Complete the partnership profile

Partners fill in their partnership profile once, giving your team the company details behind every deal they later register.

Portal users

Add users by SSO or invitation

Portal users come in two ways: through single sign-on from your identity provider, or through a manual invitation when a partner adds someone to their team. Larger partners get the automatic path; smaller ones get an invite that takes a minute.

  • SSO for partners who already run an identity provider
  • Manual invitations for one-off additions
  • Access managed per portal user, not per partner organisation
Read the add portal users guide

File sharing

Decide what partners see by default

File sharing defaults set the default access permission for each category of file, so a document lands with the right visibility the moment it is uploaded. Nobody has to remember to lock down the pricing folder after the fact.

  • Default access permissions defined per file category
  • New uploads inherit the category default automatically
  • Fewer accidental disclosures than folder-by-folder permissions

White-label partner portal questions

What is a white-label partner portal?

A white-label partner portal is a partner-facing site that carries your brand rather than the vendor's, so partners only ever see your logo, colours, and voice. Suger PRM applies your brand settings across the portal, including the login page partners land on first.

How long does it take to launch a partner portal?

The Suger PRM portal goes live in under five days, with no implementation fee. Brand settings, the login page, and the registration form are configuration rather than a project, so there is no build phase to schedule around.

Can partners sign up themselves?

Yes. Suger hosts a self-service partner registration form you can point prospective partners at, so a new partner can apply without an introduction email and without anyone on your team creating the record by hand.

How do partners get access to the portal?

Through SSO or a manual invitation. Portal users can be brought in from your identity provider with SSO or SAML, or invited one at a time when a partner adds someone new to their team.

Can we control which files partners see?

Yes. File sharing defaults set the default access permission for each file category, so a document lands with the right visibility as soon as it is uploaded instead of relying on someone remembering to restrict it.

Do partners have to log in to register a deal?

No. The portal is available to partners who want it, but Suger PRM also accepts deal registrations through a public form or a branded email alias, so partners who never sign in can still get their deals into your pipeline.
