Gmail or Outlook for email. Salesforce and HubSpot triggers are available today, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 coming soon.
Do I need to write code to set up a rule?
No. Describe the rule in plain English — what to watch for and what to do — and Insulin generates the structured trigger, match conditions, and context sources for you.
Does it send emails or update my CRM automatically?
Not by default. Matched emails and CRM actions go to Approvals for review, where you can send, edit, or discard before anything reaches a contact or your CRM.
Can Insulin organize my inbox automatically?
Yes. Rules can tag and sort incoming email as it arrives — a built-in Todo tag plus custom tags you define, like matching a keyword in the subject line — so your inbox is already classified by the time you open it.
