New at Suger: View Timestamps in Your Local Time Zone

See all timestamps in your local time zone for clearer tracking, faster decisions, and easier collaboration across global teams.

At Suger, we’re always working to make your experience smoother and more intuitive.

Previously, all timestamps across the Suger Console, from offer creations to entitlement activations and transaction records were displayed in UTC.

While this ensured consistency, it often made it challenging for global teams, especially within our enterprise customers, to track time-sensitive activities in real time.

To better support distributed teams, we’re excited to introduce Time Zone Selection, allowing every user to view all timestamps in their local time for easier collaboration, faster decision-making, and greater accuracy.

Time, on your terms.

Managing offers, entitlements, and transactions requires precision. Knowing exactly when an offer expires or a transaction occurs is critical and doing mental math across time zones shouldn’t be part of your workflow.

By letting you set your local time zone, we make it easier for you to track important events accurately and confidently, without the risk of misinterpretation.

How It Works

  1. Select Your Time Zone from the Console Header

You’ll now see a time zone selector in the top-right corner of the Suger Console, next to your profile icon.

  • Click the time zone indicator (default is UTC) to open the dropdown menu.
  • Search or scroll to select your local time zone.
  • Your selection is instantly applied across the Console : including offer creation dates, entitlement activations, transaction records, and invoice timestamps.

🔹 Note: Offer creation timestamps remain in UTC to ensure backend consistency and reliable coordination across teams.

  1. See Timestamps in Your Local Time

Once set, all timestamps are displayed in your selected local time, offering a seamless experience when managing your offers, entitlements, and revenues.

  1. Smart Defaults and Persistence
  • If no time zone is selected, UTC remains the default.
  • Once you choose a time zone, your preference is saved and will persist across sessions.

What’s Covered

  • Offer and Entitlement History timestamps
  • Offer, Entitlement, and Invoice Creation Dates
  • Transaction Records

Whether you’re activating an offer, reviewing your invoices, or tracking your entitlements, you’ll now have a clearer, localized view of exactly when key actions occurred.

With Time Zone support, you can focus more on driving your business forward and less on calculating time differences.

This is just one of many updates we’re rolling out to make the Suger Console even more powerful and personalized for you. Stay tuned!
