Jun 26, 2026 - Launched the Suger Co-Sell MCP so co-sell referrals can be drafted, shared, and synced from inside an AI assistant — including drafting outbound referrals, listing inbound referrals pending acceptance, diagnosing stuck referrals, and syncing status back to Salesforce. - Surfaced the Collaboration Score where accounts are worked: inline on the Salesforce record, across the account mapping list view for sorting and prioritization, and alongside co-sell history on the cloud rep profile. - Added AI Field Mapping, which generates a mapping rule from a one-line prompt. - Added SCA Tracking so sellers can see marketplace commitment progress for the year. - Added support for AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Azure AI Foundry. Apr 30, 2026 - Launched the Suger MCP server, letting an AI assistant run the marketplace motion in natural language — creating private offers, listing expiring entitlements, generating revenue reports, reporting usage, and checking open support tickets. - Added AI Mapping for co-sell and funding with four mapping modes: Direct, Expression, Default Value, and AI Generate for prompt-based inference from already-mapped fields. - Added Account Mapping to identify the likely AWS, Azure, or GCP account owner for a Salesforce account before a referral is shared, with ownership stored in Salesforce and the Suger Console and historical co-sell context on the cloud rep profile. - Added AI-powered insights to AWS funding requests across MAP Cash Claim, Proof of Concept, ISV Workload Migration, Market Development Funds, PIF SCA GenAI POC, PIF SCA GenAI MDF, and MPOPP Grow. - Launched the Co-Sell Metrics Dashboard with overall and per-provider win rates, top cloud partner contacts by referral volume, closed-won revenue and average deal size by provider, trend charts, and ranked failure reasons each with a recommended fix and an AI Auto-Fix toggle.
