A partner certification is a record that a partner completed the training your program requires, held against the person who earned it and the organization they work for. It is the difference between a partner who attended a kickoff call and a partner you can put in front of a customer — and in Suger PRM it comes out of the courses you already published rather than a spreadsheet someone maintains by hand. ### Proof, not a promise A certification records that a partner finished the training you required, so 'they've been enabled' becomes something you can point at instead of something you remember agreeing. ### Tracked across the program See which partners hold a current certification and which organizations still have gaps, per partner and per organization, without rebuilding the list every quarter.\* ### Visible to the partner too Partners review the active certificates their own team members have earned from inside your branded portal, so they can staff a deal with someone who is actually certified. A partner certification is a record that a partner completed the training your program requires.
