This month’s release brings a major console refresh, new listing capabilities, and deeper CRM integrations to make co-sell and marketplace operations faster and more intuitive.
Highlights include a redesigned Suger Console homepage with real-time revenue insights and quick-action tiles, support for creating AWS Professional Services listings directly in Suger, and smarter co-sell collaboration in Salesforce. We’ve also streamlined offer management, expanded HubSpot functionality, and strengthened platform performance behind the scenes to support the next stage of growth.
We’ve redesigned the Suger Console homepage to make it faster and easier to get work done. Revenue insights are now front and center with a clean, visual performance summary, and new quick-action tiles provide one-click access to common tasks like creating offers, referrals, and products.
Beyond the homepage, several core areas have been refreshed to streamline everyday workflows. The top navigation is simpler, professional services listing creation is more intuitive, and both the co-sell and field-mapping pages have been modernized for clarity. We’ve also redesigned the offer creation form and upgraded Global Search to display richer details at a glance.
Together, these updates make the console cleaner, more intuitive, and better suited to the growing pace of co-sell and marketplace operations.
You can now create AWS Professional Services listings directly in Suger. Previously, this had to be done manually in AWS. With this update, you can manage the process end-to-end in Suger, saving time and keeping listings consistent with your other products. Support for additional marketplaces is coming soon.
Managing marketplace offers in Salesforce is now faster and more flexible. We’ve redesigned the offer and entitlement detail pages for a clearer view, added the ability to view and edit opportunities directly during offer creation, and introduced internal notes for better collaboration.
We’ve also added a new approval process for CPPO Out offers, giving organizations more control and oversight for high-value deals.
HubSpot customers can now manage more offer types—including GCP SaaS offers, AWS AMI/container private offers, and AWS Professional Services offers—directly from their HubSpot CRM. This update brings HubSpot users the same end-to-end marketplace management power that Salesforce customers already enjoy, closing the functional gap between platforms.
More Updates
Over the past month, we’ve been refactoring core parts of the Suger platform to make it more scalable, flexible, and optimized for growth. These back-end improvements boost performance and reliability while preparing us to support larger transaction volumes and more complex workflows. With a stronger foundation, Suger is ready to deliver new features faster and power the next stage of marketplace operations.
