This month, we focused on giving partnership and sales teams the visibility and collaboration tools they need to close complex deals faster. Here's what's now available on Suger.
Close Azure deals faster by coordinating multiple partners in one unified workflow.
Complex enterprise deals often require expertise from multiple partners—one for Azure infrastructure, another for implementation, and Microsoft for co-sell support. Until now, managing these multi-partner engagements meant juggling email threads, spreadsheets, and manual status updates. Partners worked in silos, and deal coordination could take days or weeks.
What's new: You can now invite multiple partners to collaborate on a single Azure referral directly within Partner Center. When you create a referral, the system generates individual copies for each invited partner while maintaining a centralized Microsoft Referral Set for visibility across all participants.
How it works:
Key benefits:
Stop pulling marketplace data from three different places. See your AWS, Azure, and GCP performance in one dashboard.
Partnership and sales leaders consistently tell us the same story: "I have no idea how my marketplace business is actually performing." Revenue is flowing through AWS, Azure, and GCP, but tracking adoption, conversion rates, and revenue trends means exporting data, building custom reports, and living in Excel hell.
What's new: Native Salesforce dashboards that visualize your marketplace performance across all three clouds—AWS, Azure, and GCP—using your existing Suger Offer and Suger Entitlement data.
What you can now track:
Key benefits:
See each contact's track record and performance metrics before you engage.
When co-selling with a partner sales rep, you need context fast. What's their win rate? What size deals do they typically close? Are they currently active? Without this visibility, partnership decisions have been based on gut feel rather than data.
What's new: Comprehensive analytics for every partner contact across AWS, Azure, and GCP co-sell referrals. Now you can see individual contact performance, revenue attribution, and engagement history at a glance.
What you can now see:

If you’d like to see how these capabilities fit into your current GTM motion, we’d be happy to walk you through it.
