What's New in January 2026

This month, we focused on giving partnership and sales teams the visibility and collaboration tools they need to close complex deals faster. Here's what's now available on Suger.

Introducing Multi-Partner Collaboration for Azure Referrals

Close Azure deals faster by coordinating multiple partners in one unified workflow.

Complex enterprise deals often require expertise from multiple partners—one for Azure infrastructure, another for implementation, and Microsoft for co-sell support. Until now, managing these multi-partner engagements meant juggling email threads, spreadsheets, and manual status updates. Partners worked in silos, and deal coordination could take days or weeks.

What's new: You can now invite multiple partners to collaborate on a single Azure referral directly within Partner Center. When you create a referral, the system generates individual copies for each invited partner while maintaining a centralized Microsoft Referral Set for visibility across all participants.

How it works:

  • Create your referral and invite partners from your network
  • Each partner receives their own copy with specific deal details, team members, and solutions they're contributing
  • Partners can accept or decline invitations, and their status updates automatically
  • You maintain full control: only you can invite additional partners (as long as the deal is active)
  • Privacy is built-in: partner confidential information remains isolated unless they consent to share

Key benefits:

  • Reduce coordination time from days to minutes by bringing all partners into one system
  • Never lose visibility into who's contributing what to your Azure deals
  • Maintain control while enabling true collaboration across your partner ecosystem

Salesforce Dashboard for Marketplace Performance

Stop pulling marketplace data from three different places. See your AWS, Azure, and GCP performance in one dashboard.

Partnership and sales leaders consistently tell us the same story: "I have no idea how my marketplace business is actually performing." Revenue is flowing through AWS, Azure, and GCP, but tracking adoption, conversion rates, and revenue trends means exporting data, building custom reports, and living in Excel hell.

What's new: Native Salesforce dashboards that visualize your marketplace performance across all three clouds—AWS, Azure, and GCP—using your existing Suger Offer and Suger Entitlement data.

What you can now track:

  • Sales & Growth: Accepted offers per month, average acceptance time, top customers by revenue
  • Funnel Performance: Opportunities shared to cloud marketplaces, marketplace close rates, conversion metrics
  • Transaction Insights: New vs. existing customers, contract vs. pay-as-you-go splits, resale vs. direct transactions
  • Financial Health: Overdue payments, refund trends, public offer activity
  • Geographic Distribution: Transaction volume by country

Key benefits:

  • Out-of-the-box insights: Dashboards work immediately once your data is synced—no custom development required
  • Cross-cloud visibility: See performance across AWS, Azure, and GCP in one place
  • Easily customizable: Clone and modify dashboards to match your specific reporting needs

Co-sell Partner Contact Analytics

See each contact's track record and performance metrics before you engage.

When co-selling with a partner sales rep, you need context fast. What's their win rate? What size deals do they typically close? Are they currently active? Without this visibility, partnership decisions have been based on gut feel rather than data.

What's new: Comprehensive analytics for every partner contact across AWS, Azure, and GCP co-sell referrals. Now you can see individual contact performance, revenue attribution, and engagement history at a glance.

What you can now see:

  • View contact metrics directly from the co-sell referral detail page
  • Quick validation panel shows snapshot metrics (active deals, YTD revenue, win rate)
  • Drill into complete detail page for historical trends, deal breakdowns, and time-period analysis
  • Filter by year and cloud partner type for deeper insights

Key benefits:

  • Make data-driven partnership decisions with full visibility into contact performance
  • Prioritize high-value relationships with contacts who consistently deliver results

If you’d like to see how these capabilities fit into your current GTM motion, we’d be happy to walk you through it.
